When You Stop Smoking
I once had someone come to see me to stop smoking because a friend of theirs had stopped smoking with me some time before. This is not unusual, but what had really struck them about the fact that their friend no longer smoked was that they could go out with friends and, even though the friends were smoking around them, they were quite comfortable with that.
This is the ultimate outcome I want for everyone who comes to see me to stop smoking, that smoking is no longer a part of who you are – almost as if you have never smoked. More than that, I want you to reap the benefits of knowing that you are a person who can stop a habit that once felt beyond your control. How powerful is that? How would you feel about that?
If you are ready to stop smoking and want to feel good about shedding this habit, my approach could be just what you need. Take a look at my “Smoke Free” page and then when you are ready, we can speak on the phone in the first instance and get started.
